Day 1

So, today I'm starting my journaling, and I figured I'll do it here, incase anyone wants to be bored by it. So here it goes. I'm starting to alter my food intake and exercise daily. I feel like if I do it this way, I'll have a better chance of seeing my successes and keep going. Or, seeing where Im failing and changing it. Life is so short, and I want to be happy in my skin. I want to do things without thinking that ppl are thinking I shouldn't be because of my size. I have a major low self esteem, adn hoping to increase it with this. :)
